Our Process
1. Consultation
We’ll discuss your plans and get to know your company. If necessary, we’ll visit you to share our industry knowledge and market research, helping you to create a recruitment strategy.
2. Understanding the role
Getting this step right makes the rest of the recruitment process easier and faster. This means a detailed conversation with the hiring manager ensuring that we recognise exactly what you’re looking for.
3. Resourcing
Our exhaustive search and qualification process will identify and connect with the right people. We’ll make sure that they understand the role and that we understand their motivation to work for you. We send you CVs that we feel are the best match in terms of skills and personality.
4. Offer management
Our candidates are fully briefed on what to expect, the culture of the business and format of the interview. We’ll speak to both parties and provide feedback. We believe in representing both parties fairly and our negotiation skills will ensure you secure the people you identified.
5. Aftercare
We are here to facilitate the process from end to end so our responsibility doesn’t end once the candidate has accepted an offer. We will arrange background checks, obtain references and negotiate start dates.
