Scrum Master (leading to Agile Coach) – 90% WFH / 10% Nottingham Office

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer to join a FTSE100 company in a role that will lead in to an Agile Coach. You will need experience in either Scaled Agile (SAFe) or Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).

In the role you would provide guidance, coaching and support to the agile delivery community on all aspects of delivery co-ordination and performance. As a partner to the Product Owners and Scrum Masters you will use your judgement and experience to support senior stakeholders in developing and improving effective planning, control and governance processes re-using best practice and standard process wherever possible ensuring compliance to standards.

You would be responsible for setting up PI Planning, the Definition of Done, Capex Treatment as well as the Agile coaching.
