Java Developer – Fully Remote

Our client is … growing & ambitious

They have a main website and job board and several satellite websites to support the events they host.

This role would fit a developer that enjoys a variety of tasks and challenges. Works in small teams and under own steam.

Role:

• Enhance and extend the functionality of the main website and job board
• Design, Spec and Deliver complex solutions for large Clients
• Develop new digital products
• Support existing websites and applications
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver a variety of internal and external projects
• Reporting directly to the board

Essential Skills:

• Java Enterprise – openjdk 17 headless
• PostgreSQL & MySQL
• WordPress
• HTML,CSS,JS,Jquery
• PHP 5 – 7
• Git
• Adobe Creative Cloud

Other desirable skills:

• Integrations
• Design
• Video editing
• Specs and quotations and potential outsource
