IT Tech Recruiter – Shoreditch

Our Shoreditch based client is a global leading digital business. They are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter for an initial three month contract with one day per week in their Shoreditch office.

Please find details below:

* Direct sourcing/ head hunting
* Sourcing recruiter- key here is that we need someone to build pipeline, candidate engagement, head hunting is vital- this is all the main part of this role, finding the candidate in a tough market
* Not full 360 recruiter, but working with senior recruiters and going out to the market to find the right candidate and engaging through the process.
* Up until de-brief, and they can join on de-brief too but not always essential as recruiter takes this over.
* Being innovative in ability to find candidates over LinkedIn Recruiter (anywhere in the world, only limitation is embargo countries).
* Working really closely with hiring managers
* 1 day on-site minimum is essential
