Atlassian Consultant – 2 days per week in the office

Our client is looking for a candidate that has niche skills. The role is to set up Jira best practice templates, review what we have today and propose changes/creation of templates for different work project/team models. The templates would be within Jira. We would also expect an element of training and presentation as well as implementing the changes once approved.

• Proven expertise in use of Atlassian tooling in large enterprise using Jira Software in Data Centre
• Expertise in Jira administration and best practice.. Ability to define and refine best practice. Subject Matter expertise in best use of Jira for enterprise organisations including (but not limited to):
  • Jira project schemas
  • Screen Schemas
  • Workflows optimised for Enterprise
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall type projects – covering SAFe, Scrum, Kanban as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
• Expertise in Jira Advance Roadmaps
• Proven experience with training end users and producing training materials to support onboarding of teams to improved ways of working.
• Identifying areas for process improvements, analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues for users.
• Expertise in Jira Align is preferred but not Essential
