We are currently recruiting for an Agile Product Manager for our Digital Agency client based in Central London. Please find details below:

The Agile Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the productive and efficient running of cross functional project teams, based on collaborative management and tools (such as Agile Scrum and custom intelligent dashboards)

The goals are to:

Lead the implementation of a new Ways of Working for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) spanning across various parallel running programmes and projects across various domains (e.g.digital solutions for Telco versus Alpha commercial launch for an Energy sector centric solution).

This includes both the client’s products and products that their customers have asked us to develop for them.

Deliver projects that provide exceptional business value to users

Deliver an intelligence (dashboard) solution for the above which should:

Qualify and quantify Ways of Working for optimal efficiency targets (frameworks such as TQM)

User and stakeholder satisfaction (e.g. Net Promoter Score)

Software development health(e.g. integrated metrics from tools such as Pluralsight Flow or SonarQube)

Measure and track conformance to the quality and security standard expected by their customers and clients, including compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO27001 and SOC2.

They are ideally looking for expereince working on development projects using Lean and Agile methodologies including:

4+ years of experience as a Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP preferred

Prior experience with Lean and Agile methodologies with enterprise

Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Data Scientists, Analysts, UX/UI and Developers

Balanced business/technical background

Sufficiently technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues

Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
